I wonder if you’d give me your expert opinion on what you think is the best way to create cashflow today with the least amount of headaches?
If you had to start over again and wanted cashflow what would you be looking for? What kind of property and how would you buy them if you were new to this?
And yes, I’ve read your book. I’d just like to hear it from the horses mouth. Not that you’re a horse or anything ;}
