I had to tell you fine people what a week we had in the office. I have been comong to this site for over a year and reading what success stories and watching the virtual deals go dow I just had to post this. I sold Three of my Town House Units that I am Building 2 are all cash and the other guy is getting a 70% Mortgage (I am doing the Mortgage) BTW I have not poured the slab yet. It sure is nice to know that they are sold. (I know don’t spend the money intill closing)…lol. I also picked up a deed on a 2/2 for a 1K subject to a first. Has 18K in equity… Thinking about doing a flip on this one got to run some numbers or doing a L/O. Looking at another deed but not much equity maybe a good L/O. Well gotta go but it sure does feels good about taking those 10% deposits to the Bank.
