What about Bill Bowen? - Posted by Billy

Two thoughts on Bowen…If you want a risk free way of making money…maybe it will work- (Well, you risk your $295) My question is this: In FL we have regulations that restrict mortgage brokering, referral fees and such to licensed mortgage brokers. Bowen’s people tell you they operate in all states. I’m just a tad unsure of the legality. I’d want to talk with an attorney.

TWO: Why couldn’t you find a source of private money and do the same thing without paying Mr. Bowen?

Just a quick question for all you out there who are more “in the know” than I am, is Bill Bowen’s program legit? I received an e-mail about him, but haven’t really turned up any info–good or bad–on any websites. Thanks to whoever knows something and takes the time to respond!

Billy:
I checked this out and feel Bill Bowen is a professional and has many associates finding deals for his private investors to fund. I also checked out some others doing the discount note business and feel they have more to offer.
