Lol - sorry local lingo. Seattle Tacoma International Airport. It’s a mini city in and of itself

BTW, love your posts. I look forward to hearing from you.

Hello,

Does anyone know the market dynamics in and around Kent?

I have been offered a property in that vicinity by an investor friend of mine who holds the first and will sell it to me WAY under market value. He was given the property back, and has no interest in keeping it.

Thanks,

KJ

It’s a solid area. My wife grew up there…Sea-Tac is a town/city and the airport.

Kent - well south of seattle and off the main I5 line. Kinda a back water. Fairly close to Sea-Tac though. 3/2 stick builts going for 200-250K. Not as hot as Seattle or the East Side (Redmond/Kirkland), but still like most of W.Washington Real Estate, a seller’s market. Need a buyer?

Thanks Mike,

BTW…What’s Sea-Tac? This property is located directly midway between Kent and the Sound near I-5. I’ll email you when I secure the property, we may be able to help each other. I have a meeting tonight with the investor.
