Unless you have been under a rock, most of us know how the sub-prime loan market has imploded. So what advice would you give to realtors whose transaction may have fallen thru due to the several bankruptcies the sub-prime lenders have filed?
It seems to me that this would be a good time that as investors we could try to suggest some seller-carryback.
What do you guys think?
