First off the only thing I know about Sheets’ program is what I have seen on TV and from surfing the messages boards. The one thing I don’t see a lot of talk about is the risks of doing the CS program. What are the risks? Is there a good chance of loosing my shirt and moving back in with my parents :0 ? I know there is always a risk in anything you do, but the size of the risk is what matters.

What risks are you talking about? The couple hundred dollars you spend on the course, or are you concerned about some terrible crisis that may arrise after you purchase a property?
