When you have an opportunity to take a property “subject to”, what next? What are the steps in getting the deed? Do you ask to see the seller’s original bank documents? What piece are you looking for? I understand what taking “subject to” means, I am just not sure of the details relative to the transaction process? Can someone please give me a detailed layout of the steps involved? The paper work part of this is what becomes confusing.
