What books would you recommend to a newbie? - Posted by Rob

Not specifically real estate related, but everyone who ever hopes to have any money should read “Rich Dad Poor Dad” and “Cashhflow Quadrant”, both by Robert Kiyosaki. They are available at Amazon.com and most other booksellers.

Just by counting hands at the last convention, I’d guess that over 90% of the CREOnline population has read and reccommends those two.

I’m just getting started, and wanted to find out what books
others could recommend to me on real estate investing. I need to learn the basics (have some knowledge, but need more). Also,I’m very interested in lease/option & flipping.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks to everyone - Rob

Ron LeGrand’s “Fast Cash with Quick-Turn Real Estate”

A must read.
