I presume you are asking about taxes- You are able to depreciate roads, landscaping, park owned mobiles, sewer and water lines, mailboxes, streetlights - if you own them- You cannot depreciate land. You are entitled to Section 179 deductions along with interest deductions, operating costs etc.
