talked to you about 2 weeks ago on double wide in county view, Virginia Beach. the lady wouldnt go to what I offered I waited and waited. she called. I think I can get her to take my offer but I dont know how to do this. I dont want to just hand her money. then what? How do you close or is it like a car. Do I do a contract?
