Do a google or yahoo search for your state’s dept of commerce. They should be able to answer questions.

PS: In every state I know of it’s legal for a real estate agent to sell mobiles without any special license. If you had a friend or relative who had a license, I’d bet you could just run your sales through them and not have to worry about dealer issues.

I live in NC, and I am trying to see what I need , if anything for me to sell mobile homes that I purchase. The homes are repo homes and I am able to buy them at %50 of the wholesale cost. Do I need a license or special permit here in NC? Please help. Very excited here…
