Haven’t seem the specific course that you are talking about, but anything from Bill Bronchick is top self. Bill’s been through the wars and is an active investor.
The courses I have bought from Bronchick are worth the money and then some.

William Bronchick’s book “Financing secrets of a millionare Real Estate investor” I am thinking of getting it and would like to know what anyone here thinks of it.
