i have an open market in my area- with LOTS of ugly real estate- good for me!
my problem is this- after MUCH work, i cannot find any HML’s or any other investors to flip to, i can’t even find a mortgage broker willing/able to deal with me- also i have not so good credit (which im fixing)…
so HOW can i get started rehabbing???
please help me!!! i’m starving! lol
