a financial program such as Excel. It’s like the best financial calculator times ten. You can customize it to run any combo of numbers or financial calcs (loan interest, payoffs, present value projections, etc.). Spreadsheets are sublime…ohhhhhh spreadsheets (read like: "Mmmmmmmm…donuts.)
