I’m sure that Mr. Sheets will put that info in another course that can be purchased. Or wait, maybe a 1-900 number or telephone advisory service that can be purchased. The way these “gurus” make their money is ot give enough info to get you started, then you have to buy more stuff to learn how it really works. Somwhow, I have a feeling you can learn just as much on this site for free.
Best of luck,
Jacob

Is there anything Carlton Sheets isn’t telling us?

Steve,
What exactly are you seeking?
The CS course in my opinion gives you good basic info, and from there you have to learn for yourself.
No course will offer you EVERYTHING there is to know about REI.
Especially since REI is not a business with preset rules.
You will learn that each deal is different.
There is not just one approach to buy a home.
The basic idea behind “Creative” real estate is to determine the sellers “needs” and a way to fullfill them.
If you can do that and make money, then you have a deal.
The best school for REI is the school of hard knocks.
In other words, real world experience.
But, you must have a foundation built on education to get there, that is the pre-requisite.(sp?)
Read all you can here, and on other websites. Study some courses and books, then get out there and apply what you learned.
For the money, I think CS is a good place to start.
Then, determine what type of investing you want to focus on, and go from there.
Learn one method well, and expound on that as you find sellers that need something different.

Hope this helps,
Jim IL
