What do I need to consider in park rules/regulations when purchasing and selling a MH? Also, how do I pull comps on MHs? and Do I need to file a title as would a home purchase?

Steve’s recommendation is exactly the same that most of us would give. While you’re reading DOW a coupla times, keep your calender open 'cause you’re going to want to join us @ Boot Camp in August. Those enriching few days w/prepare you for the real world of MH investing, & $ave you many times the cost of the experience. Not only w/you learn lots, & network like crazy, but you’ll get to meet DOW’s author, the esteemed Lonnie Scruggs. For info, go to:

RUN to the books section of this site and buy Deals On Wheels . . . and do not post anymore here, do not ask anything else here, do not do anything else, until you have read it. Twice.
You are heading in a dangerous direction.
