The typical is a $50 setup fee. and $10-15 a month. I charge a $1 extra for each additional payee for the ones I do.

I am selling a house on a land contract. I would like to have a third party service company collect the payment for me, and then distribute the funds as follows;
Pay the underlying mortgage payments (2)
Maintain an escrow fund for real estate taxes, and insurance; and pay those bills when they come due.
Periodically distribute excess funds to me (the seller) from time to time .
What should I wxpect to pay for such a service?
