Sounds to me like someone goofed on the sales taxes. Check the contract to see if it has a failure to perform clause. If so, go see the dealer and argue the point… in front of other customers…very loud. I would also contact the Better Business Bureau in your area and file a complaint. Sometimes they can accomplish things that normal people cannot. They did for me.

hello my brother recently purched a mobil home and agreeded on a purchase price and payed a down payment and also signed a contract and was expecting delivery of his new home until they told him he was not geting the home now his loan has also been approved by his bank and that part is fine but the mobil home place will not deliver the home because they said he had to pay 3000.00 more in taxes which the contract was already signed can you help and tell me if they can do this after it is already a supposly a done deal… thank you please email me and let me know ps they also cashed the downpayment checks which is 4000.00
