I don’t know exactly what the market conditions are…and haven’t been able to find any comparable units in the classifieds.
The unit is in central Minnesota.
My friend talked with someone who specializes in Mobile Homes…I guess she facilitates their sale to her “clients”…a broker of sorts.
I don’t know her qualifications…as far as being a Realtor or not, or if it is a benefit if she is.
I do know that she wants a 15% fee for selling the MH.
My friend was told that it could probably bring $8500 to $8900.

Central Air
Well kept
Fenced in yard
Deck (used to be a carport)
Utility Shed with electricity
It is in a nice mobile home park.
I understand that this site is mostly for investors, but I assume that some of you sell MHs outright rather than put them on payments.
What is this thing worth?
Does it matter what part of the country we are in?
What other things should we consider?

Location, location, location, market conditions, market conditions, market conditions.
What part of the country is it in?
It’s worth a lot more in San Diego CA than Cotulla Tx.
