I’m not positive but it sounds like an occupancy certificate saying that the property is in this case a LEGAL 4 unit.

I have seen something about a green card in several ads. Can someone tell me what that means?

I’ve seen the same thing in ads in NJ mainly on multifamilys (4+). It would say that the building has a current or new green card. I have no idea what that is for.
