I have come across a few of the dealers in the park that offers a “Space Buy Down Promotion”. Can some explain what this is?

This is just a rent discount for a number of months. It can be offered by the park or by the seller of a mobile home as an inducement for the move in or sale. Just like an interest buy down on a loan.
