Hello to eveyone reading this post.
Being a newbie at mobil homes and the note buisness
i have to ask if i possibly could get some help. I have a couple of mh under contract , just curious one of mh the seller wants $2,500.00 to close deal, could you please give my in ideal how to do the note if i have a buyer with sales price of $8,500.00 , $1,500.00 down 12.5 % and carry note for 48 months.

not lonny, but heres what you do. I have a TI-25…shouldn’t be different.
enter 7000, push PV
enter 12.5, push divided by 12 button, push %i
push 48, push N
push compute and PMT button to compute payment
