You are exactly where you need to be to get started in the mobile home business. First, read the free articles and money ideas, spend as much time reading all the posts on this forum as you can, then buy “Deals on Wheels” by Lonnie Scruggs who helps moderate this forum. The book is cheap and will lay out what you need to do to find homes you can “buy low” and “sell high” with owner financing. It also tells you how to do it without your own money. After you read the book and questions start bubbling to the surface, check the archives here as they’ve probably been asked before. If not, post away and we’ll see if we can help.
