What types of financing is out there? Background about myself. Been self-employed for the last five years. In that time I formed a LLC to buy real estate. Have 6 rental units, 1 on contract for deed, one comm. unit that I use for my other business. The other four are used as SFH rentals. Just paid cash for a another rental unit, (it was a repo). My credit is very good. Would like to see if there is another way to finance this deals. Possible to get a line of credit? CASH OFFERS are great for quick deals. As always with this site you people are GREAT!.
