I did a few shabby’s ($500 range) just to get the hang of it and to get some cashflow generated. Then I did a few nicer ones ($1700-$2600 range). Just depends on how much cash you have and what caliber of buyer you want to deal with.

I am working on doing my first Lonnie deal. There are many mobile home parks in the area, ranging from very nice to shabby. Of course, the homes are priced accoringly. There are also a lot more for sale and potential deals in the lower-end parks.
Should I stick with the shabby parks and do a lot of cheap deals or hold out for good, more expensive deals?
