Do you mean the book ($30) or the course with audio cassettes? (over $100)

I just put an '81 Riverview 14 X 56 under a purchase agreement for $650.

It is in a park that it can stay in. I’ve never done this before. I was wondering what Lonnie materials should I get—the two books or the complete course?

I think it could be a good profit----oh, how much should I spend in fixing it up? I plan on having it painted. And I’m thinking about patching some flooring–a few soft spots, and than replacing the flooring. Would this be a good idea?

IMO you only need Deals on Wheels to get started.

I beleive he means the book. That is what I would recomend. Also while you are waiting read every article on this site by Lonnie Scruggs. Most of them are the same stuff you will get in the book so this should get you started. Still get the book though it is definitely worth it.
