I think the partner putting up the whole down payment and repairs should have a larger ownership percentage such as two thirds. The other person is still getting one third ownership of a house with 0 down.

Two people buying a house together both occupying and being on the mortgage. They will each pay 1/2 of mortgage payments, tax and insurance. One person contributes the entire down payment, closing costs, application fee and will do the repairs (labor and expenses). The other person does not have any cash. How would you think the percentage of ownership should be divided to make this fair? 50/50
