I was able to get an offer of 57.5k but the most recent
appraisal I have on the property got me 52K. Compared to recent comps this was probably already an above average appraisal.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can get the extra 5.5k from a buyer willing to offer that much for it?
I hate to lose that extra 5.5K if at all possible.
