It’s just for the statistical studies they do … put anything close. I put Home Improvement, on another one I put Property Management, etc.

Hi,

I recently formed a corporation, and I would like to apply for an EIN number. On form SS-4 EIN, there is a place where it asks for the business’ principle activity. I was wondering what to put - Real Estate isn’t appropriate because I think that’s for Real Estate Agencies. Would Wholesaler be appropriate?

Why not? Real Estate Investments/Investing…This is definite different from being a real estate agent.
