A Bandit sign is simply a sign (can even be made by yourself on a computer) and all it says it what your setting out to do.

EXAMPLE:

I BUY HOUSES…CASH
(Any Area, Any Condition)
(555) 555-5555

Or whatever you want it to say. You’ve seen them in your area I’m sure. Most will be on stakes and driven into the ground at street intersections, stop signs, or on community bulletin boards.

Those are “Bandit Signs”

Hope this helps

mbrother11,
A bandit sign is the type of sign that I’m sure you see placed all over the area.
They are a simple yet rather effective way to advertise what you do.
They are called “Bandit signs” because most areas have laws or ordinances against there placement on right of ways and phone poles.
I’m sure you’ve seen some in your area.
The most common signs in my area, other than my “I buy Homes xxx-xxx-xxxx” signs, are the ones advertising “work at home” and weight loss programs.
Developers and builders use them as well to advertise there homes for sale.
Try doing an archive search for the words, “Bandit signs” and I’m sure you will see many posts regarding the topic.

try them, you’ll like them.
Bandit signs are responsible for about 80% of my deals these days.

Hope this helps,
Jim IL
