ARC is a corporate-owned MHP. They own many parks around the country. I believe it stands for Affordable Residential Community.

Sorry for my ignorance (I’m a total rookie)but what exactly is an ARC park? I have been reading some posts and this term keeps popping up. I know PM means park manager but can someone help a poor soul and newbie like me with ARC and other lingo in the used mobile home business and this forum so I don’t feel totally out of the loop? Thanks to all.
