I have been investing in real estate for bout 6-months now. In that time I have bought 21 units for rental and flipped three properties. Not bad for a green person. Just wnated some direction as to what would be the best course of action for me to take. I have thought about attending a seminar ( I know I missed the convention) and was wondering who was reccomended. Some thoughts were to Legrand and possible Schaub. Also I was interested in possibly learning more about the note business and how it worked? I am green and just stumbled onto some golden opportunities and would like to do more
