Could someone give me suggestions on what course is
the best for LO. Bronchick’s, LeGrand or Kaiser?

I have not yet invested in RE and I’m in the learning
process. Maybe you can suggest other good courses.

Thanks

Steve

Both available here through CREO

& what do you think of Vena Jones-Cox & her L/O course? I just started it & I’m very interested in the sweat equity L/O portion of it. I doubt I’ll ever have an intrest in rehabs ( working w/contractors ) so the sweat equity concept is attractive to me if I want to make a little more than just a flip profit on a house that’s not in great shape. How does the sweat equity concept fit in to the PacTrust technique? I don’t have the PT book yet , but I think it would work - right?
