Hello again Cassie, corrective QCD just means that someone (probably the last atty) messed up something on the last QCD (which should be referenced by deed bk/page nbr in the corrective) and is simply correcting it.

Could be as simple as a typo of name/address, or could be something more major–just read the corrective and the original QCD and “add them together” (ie make the chgs to original as stated in corrective) to get the final result.

Best of success,
Joe Brillante

Hello everyone.

I have ran across a home with a CORRECTIVE QUIT CLAIM DEED and i was wondering if anyone can explain this to me. I understand what a quit claim is but i didn’t get what the corrective quit claim is.

Any input appreciated…

Cassie
