Looking for investors with $100,000 to $5,000,000 in acquire and rehab mobile home parks (MHPs). Self-directed IRAs and 1031 Exchanges are welcome. We pay an annual return of 10% plus a % ownership in the park. Our investments last a maximum of 36 months.
We specialize in acquiring undervalued MHPs, rehab the parks and homes, fill the parks with homes and tenants and sell the parks for double what we have invested in them.
