You might try running some ads in that states newspaper to generate some calls. Also, make sure you have signs out in front of the building letting people know what you have to offer. I’m no expert but marketing is the KEY to selling anything!

I am new to this board so I am asking you experienced people for some help.
We have 30 individual condominiums that are currently rented as apartments for sale. 12 of the current tenants have signed contracts to purchase their units. We are selling the units $15,000.00 under market comps and we really need some fast sales. Actually, we need to find 10 more buyers in order to pay off the underline.
The apartments/condominiums are in the State of Washington and we are out of state owners. So it is really a little difficult to manage this.
Does anyone have any suggestions or can offer some help?
