I just got started in my real estate investing education. I like the ideas presented by J.P. Vaughan, buying HUD homes from auctions, rehabbing, and selling for a profit, all financed by investors who buy privately created mortgages. In her article she states if structured correctly, ‘your mortgage will virtually fly out the door’. my question is, where do I find these investors who will be eager to accept the terms of a mortgage that I have created??? any help would be much appreciated.
