I work for Cendant Mortgage in NJ. They offer free
prequal letters… You are under no obligation to actually get the mortgage, it is done over the phone. The service the entire country. If you do consider getting a mortgage with them use instamortgage.com the rate is the lowest they offer 7.65…or call 800-446-0964.
You can call my extension 86788 and I’ll get an originator for you.

WHERE DO I GET A PRE-QUAL. LETTER? - Posted by JG(Texas)

There is a home I am interested in flipping that is listed w/ a realtor. It is bank owned. In the MLS description it says “special addendum & pre-qual letter required”. What does this mean? I already know the difference between prequalifying and preapproval. When I called a mortgage company about getting this pre-qual letter they said there is no such thing and that the listing must have meant pre-approval. Is this true? If not, is a bank or mortgage company the only place I can get this kind of letter?
Thanks!!! JG(Texas)
