I have had good luck with estate and moving sales. Tell realtors what you are looking for, believe me, they will call you when something comes up.

Hello everyone, i am 19 years old and im tryin to start in real estate investimg. I looke though the paper and i dont see anything worth while. Am i looking in the right place? How does one build a good network of information? Also is there any clubs or is there anyone form Long Island that reads the board that i can talk to?. Thanx in advance. I truly love this site.
