Where do you find demographic data for neighborhoods and other areas? (Income, vacancy rates, etc.)

Hi all,

Where do you find stats and data on income levels, vacancy rates, and other info on neighborhood-level or zip codes?

I know of CIty-Data and Rich Blocks Poor Blocks. What are some other good resources?
