Of course most of em are newbies who have locked up properties for too much and then grossly underestimated the repairs and costs…

Just join your local REI club and get out on the streets and start working… you’ll make the contacts you need in no time.

I’m new to this but was just wondering. How do people find wholesalers/flippers? I’m thinking about getting into rehabs but have heard properties are tought to find nowadays.
