i bought a double wide and put it on a full foundation.I am taxed as a house and i no longer have a title.But yet a can’t get a mortgage rate or homeowners insurancer as a house?

A fire resistant safe at home/office, in a safety deposit box at the bank or in a shoebox under the bed?
