In my view, you are asking the wrong question. If you have not read my psot for beginners, I commend it to you. Put “beginners success” into the search fucntion on this main board forum of this CREONLINE.COM website.
When you have read that, you will see how I think you should be thinking. If you do that, you probably will be able to figure out the answer for yourself. If not, come back and ask the question again, providing some information about you, your background, your skills and other resources, and where you propose to extract money through real estate investing.
