If the LLC is the new owner of a property, you should file at the county recorders office in which the property is located.

New investor located in the state of Arkansas. Could someone tell me where to file Quitclaim deed for LLC? I tried Secretary of State Office and did not get any help or lead. Which office(s) should I try? Thanks in Advance.
