Hi,

I want to purchase a forclosure in my area Bronx, New York at auction.

However, after having checked the mortgage, lien documents, etc… none tell you how many bedrooms/bathrooms a home has.

The property I’m interested in is a condominium. Where can I find this information? (Example: if its a 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, etc…). All that I see are the legal description with 100 feet from X street etc…
