I want to ask you if you are able to help me with information? I want to start buying notes. The only thing is that i have no idea what i am doing. My idea to make money is being the third party person. I would help the buyer find the home. How would I go about doing that? Is that a note or is that something different? I have a note receivable to sell. Note is for a weekly payroll of $400.00 Gross/$333.63 Net paid weekly direct to me for 5 years. It is paid thru a payroll leasing corp for the Corporation I contracted with. 27 payments have been paid and 233 remain. The total remaining cash value is $$77,735.79. I need to sell this note quickly. Please reply your quote.
