You don?t give us any information about yourself or exactly what you?re doing, Credit, Income, How you?re structuring your deals etc. We would have to know this information before we could intelligently advise you.

If you structure your deals right, you shouldn?t have to get a 50/50 partner.

I?m sorry to give you a hypothetical answer, but unfortunately you?ve asked a hypothetical question. How high is high?

I’m looking for monies to invest and make repairs on Real Estate Properties.I will locate properties,make needed repairs and find buyersfor quick closings. lender taking payment of 12% or willing to split 50/50 profit.
