Yes, check out the cash flow forum. I started out there a few weeks ago asking about the value of a note I was creating, and probably on Friday I will close the sale of a Florida mobile home and land. I am selling my note at the closing table to Michael Morrongiello (Sunvest) for exactly the price he gave me earlier as a rough idea of value. It is the first note I ever sold, and Michael had to do a little hand-holding with me, but it looks like we are about to git 'er done. Best wishes.

They are all over the Net. Most note buyers buy nationwide. I have a few note buyers that I use who give just a bit more for notes in FL cause they know the state so well and feel comfortable with that market.
