I am a stay-at-home Mom and have been reading John Stefanchik’s book on Wealth Without Boundaries. This is a very informative book on flipping paper, etc-but does not go into detail about certain RE forms and contracts that are used in an actual paper deal and closing. Where can I recieve free basic RE knowledge? Working with a negative cash flow at this point. Is it possible for me to get into this through CS? Need money quick! Have any ideas for me? Anybody?!!! The help and advice would be greatly appreciated!Lesley in Missouri
