Start with education. I assume you have read everything here, the how to articles, success stories and of course the archives. After doing this what area of REI interests you? When you know what area you want to prusue advise and someone can recomend a good course or two.

I AM INTERESTED IN GETTING INTO REAL ESTATE INVESTING. I WORK FULL TIME FOR AN ARCHITECT FIRM AND KNOW ALOT OF BROKERS IN THE AREA AS WELL AS SEVERAL CONTRACTORS. CAN ANYONE GIVE ME SOME IDEAS ON WHERE TO BEGIN AND WHAT THE BEST DIRECTION TO GO WOULD BE FOR SOMEONE SO NEW. ALSO, SHOULD I PURCHASE A COURSE FROM ANYONE IN PARTICULAR.
